ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — A charge of burglary against an Ithaca man. 

Police say 59-year-old Don Butler was identified Monday by a resident on Prospect Street, who told officers they found Butler in the home. Police found him with stolen property from the residence.

He’s charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor petit larceny. Butler was taken to Tompkins County jail without bail.
