ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Charges have been filed after a car crash in Ithaca. 

Police say after the collision on Saturday afternoon on Dryden Road, Katrena Miller threatened the other driver with a knife and stun gun. Miller, who’s 40, also cut the tire of the other vehicle—while three kids were inside.

She’s charged with several misdemeanors, including three counts of endangering the welfare of children and a single count of menacing.
