ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — A wanted man in Virginia was hiding out in Ithaca. 

Police say they received a tip Friday afternoon that John Tolley, Jr. was inside an apartment on East Green Street. The 32-year-old from Staten Island allegedly violated parole in Virginia for crimes including grand larceny and credit card fraud.

Tolley is being extradited back to Virginia.
