ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — The Tompkins County Industrial Development Agency is close to deciding on a hefty tax incentive for the SouthWorks project.
Legislator Rich John chairs the IDA. He shared details about the tax incentive proposal Monday on Ithaca’s Morning News.
Developers want to transform the old Emerson facility on South Aurora Street into a multi-use structure with retail space and housing.
The IDA meets tomorrow evening, and John says a vote is possible.
