ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Ithaca College students should note a change for TCAT free rides. 

Instead of showing drivers your student ID, college officials say students must now download the TFare Mobile App to access the new IC Pass. It’s part of TCAT’s switch to a new fare collection system.

Students who don’t have the app or forget their phones will have to pay the full fare, much like if they didn’t have their student IDs before board a TCAT bus.
