HOMER, NY (CortacaToday) — An Onondaga County man is charged with two felonies in Cortland County.

State Police say Michael Seamon was arrested Tuesday afternoon on I-81 in Homer following a crash. Troopers say they smelled alcohol on the breath of the 44-year-old, whose license was revoked. A loaded gun was allegedly found in the vehicle.

Seamon was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and DWI.
