GROTON, NY (607NewsNow) — A Tompkins County town is benefiting from new highway equipment.

On Sept. 9, the Groton Town Board approved the purchase of a 2020 Wacker Neuson road roller. The cost was $8,500.

The purchase was unanimously approved, and the roller has already arrived.
