ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) – Former Wells College students have found a home in Ithaca.
According to the Ithacan, 13 displaced students are finishing their degree work at Ithaca College. All transfer credits have been accepted by IC administration, and students are paying the same rates for tuition and other expenses they would have at Wells.
Ithaca College CFO and Vice President of Finance and Administration Tim Downs says the small number of students doesn’t affect the college’s bottom line. Additionally, with enrollment down, they had space in the dorms.
Ithaca is one of 24 teach-out institutions partnering with Wells after its closure in May.
