ENDICOTT, NY (607NewsNow) – A Broome County man has been charged with making racially motivated threats.

On August 2, 50-year-old Edward Connors, of Endicott, was arrested at his home by State Police detectives and the FBI.

Connors is accused of targeting current and former African American federal employees with threatening social media posts. He is charged with making a terroristic threat as a hate crime, which is a felony.
