OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – A Binghamton man awaits his day in Owego Town Court.

Edward Renwick Jr., an employee at the Broome Developmental Center residential care facility in Owego, is accused of causing physical injury to a client and putting another in danger. Deputies arrested Renwick on March 5 following an investigation into a complaint made at the facility in late February.

Renwick is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and endangering the welfare of a vulnerable elderly person, all felonies.

Renwick was arraigned in Tioga County CAP Court and released to return at a later date. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
