ELMIRA, NY (607NewsNow) – After further investigation, a 33-year-old Elmira man faces 50 criminal charges.

On April 15, Kyle Tice was indicted in Chemung County Court on 27 counts of rape, 19 counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, and three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.

Tice was pulled over by Elmira Police in February for suspected drug activity. He was arrested after police found a missing 16-year-old girl in his car, who told officers she was being sexually abused.

WENY-TV reports Tice pled not guilty and was sent to Chemung County Jail on $150,000 cash bail. He faces an additional count of use of a child in sexual performance in Elmira City Court.
