DRYDEN, NY (CortacaToday) — Cell phone use remains limited in Dryden classrooms. 

Superintendent Josh Bacigalupi says the restrictions start at young ages. 

Restrictions continue at Dryden High School. 

Bacigalupi adds the district’s new cell phone policy for students began before the 2023 to 2024 academic year. In a related story, Ithaca City School District Superintendent Dr. Luvelle Brown tells WHCU he currently opposes a proposed ban on smartphones that’s being discussed in Albany.
