DRYDEN, NY (CortacaToday) — Dryden’s town board has agreed to a moratorium on cryptocurrency mining. 

Town Supervisor Jason Leifer says the impact is negative. 

Leifer adds the 18-month moratorium, which began earlier this month, gives town officials more time for study and research.
