ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Two people are accused of stealing from cars in Ithaca.
The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to calls early last Thursday morning on Whitetail Drive in the town of Ithaca about people searching for things in parked vehicles. Two suspects, 21-year-old Christopher Palmer-Thompson, of Dryden, and 18-year-old Ismail Abdur-Razzaaq, of Ithaca, were arrested.
A search of their vehicle uncovered several items allegedly stolen. They’ve been charged with burglary and several counts of grand larceny.
