ENFIELD, NY (607NewsNow) – Authorities say a fire in Enfield originated in a chimney.

On, February 13, Enfield firefighters were dispatched to a home for a report of smoke coming from the roof eaves. Arriving units controlled and extinguished the flames before they spread to the rest of the house, and multiple departments provided mutual aid.
