CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — A new mental health building opens soon. 

Cortland County Administrator Michael Ponticello says the new facility on Port Watson St., which was slated to open last fall, will start welcoming people before the end of 2026. 

Ponticello adds the building is still being prepared.

The new space is bigger than the county’s current mental health building.
