CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Cortland voters are heading back to the polls. 

The Cortland Enlarged City School District is holding a budget revote one week from today, June 17. The district is asking voters to approve a $61.2 million spending plan for the 2025 to 2026 academic year.

In May, voters rejected the original budget proposed by a margin of 540-454. Polls next Tuesday are open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the following locations:

City of Cortland – Kaufman Center
Town of Cortlandville – Cortlandville Municipal Garage
Town of Virgil – Virgil Town Hall
Town of Harford – Virgil Town Hall
Town of Lapeer – Virgil Town Hall
Town of Dryden – Virgil Town Hall

No other propositions will appear on the June 17 ballot.
