CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – The Cortland Police Department (CPD) asks for help in a criminal mischief investigation.

Authorities are trying to identify a suspect who may have damaged freshly poured concrete in the city on November 19, 2024. According to CPD, the man pictured below in the blue hooded sweatshirt, black hat, black sweatpants, and white shoes is the person in question.
