CORTLAND, NY (CortacaToday) – A man is in custody after authorities in Cortland say they saw him selling drugs.
Cortland Police were investigating Thursday, July 11 near the Speedway gas station on Port Watson Street when they allegedly witnessed Christian Rogers make a narcotic sale. The 32-year-old had fentanyl, cocaine, meth, packaging material, and cash in his possession, according to Cortland PD.
Rogers was arrested and charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, felony criminal sale of a controlled substance, and two misdemeanors. He was taken to Cortland County Jail without bail.
Rogers will appear in Cortland City Court at a later date.
