CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – A Cortland man is accused of pulling a weapon on someone.
On June 19, State Police arrested Spencer Dafoe for allegedly violating a full stay-away order of protection.
Troopers say the 34-year-old threatened the victim with a gun in Cortlandville two days prior. Dafoe is facing felony criminal contempt and misdemeanor menacing. He was additionally arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with misdemeanor contempt for previously violating a court-ordered order of protection.
Dafoe was transported to Cortland County Jail for arraignment.
