MCGRAW, NY (CortacaToday) – The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify someone who drove an illegal vehicle in McGraw.

On Monday, October 7, 2024, deputies tried to pull an ATV over on South Street near West Center Street. The driver of the four-wheeler allegedly fled, cutting through private yards and off-road areas to elude authorities. The Sheriff’s Office says ATVs and side-by-sides operating on roadways in McGraw has become an increasingly big problem and cause of numerous complaints.

The ATV (pictured above) is described as a loud, red Honda sport-quad. Anyone with information is asked to call the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office at (607)-753-3311.
