Legislative Chair Kevin Fitch tells us there’s at least one big obstacle to tackle.
Fitch isn’t sure if an increase in Aid and Incentives to Municipalities funding will help.
In June, state lawmakers announced a $2.2 million increase in AIM funding for Cortland. Overall, Fitch says he’s feeling optimistic about Cortland County’s fiscal condition heading into 2025.
