TAYLOR, NY (607NewsNow) – A Cortland County man is accused of using counterfeit money.

Deputies say Justin Pittsley passed multiple fraudulent $100 bills to a business in Cortlandville earlier this month. The 33-year-old man from Taylor was arrested on March 22 and charged with four counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and falsifying business records, all felonies. He is additionally charged with misdemeanor petit larceny.

Pittsley is scheduled to appear in court on March 26.
