CORTLAND, NY (CortacaToday) — Cortland County is looking to launch a learn-to-ride program.

Youth Bureau Director ReBecca Smith said it would involve bicycles and scooters.

“Some kids never have the interest for a bike, but a scooter would help them get from one place to another,” she said.

Smith added some parents don’t have time to teach techniques.
