ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Workers at two locations of a popular grocery store in Ithaca are joining a union. 

Following the Cascadilla Street unionization in August, employees at GreenStar Co-Op stores in Collegetown and the Dewitt Mall voted to join Workers United Upstate New York and Vermont. 84% of staff across all three locations were in favor of unionizing.

Workers United also represents local members at Gimme Coffee, the Sciencenter, Citizens Action, and the Ithaca Health Alliance.
