CINCINNATUS, NY (607NewsNow) — In the Cincinnatus Central School District, a capital project is moving ahead.

Superintendent Todd Freeman tells WHCU voters approved the $15.2 million project, which will fund over 20 projects districtwide with no added tax strain on residents. Tuesday’s final tally was 89 yes, 34 no. Meanwhile, voters in the Elmira City School District also said yes Tuesday to a capital project. 

The proposed $139 million project in Elmira was approved 415 to 81.
