ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Cayuga Health has released their annual report for 2023, entailing the developments made throughout the year that have allowed for expansion and growth within the organization.
The report details various incentive programs that were implemented last year with the aim of improving the Cayuga Health experience for all. Some of these incentive programs include the opening of Cayuga Park (a waterfront five-story medical office building), a new and improved relationship with Schuyler Emergency Medical Services, as well as a partnership with Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services.
Donor, patient, and staff impacts are also highlighted within the report. One such story is a generous, multi-year $1 million donation from Thomas Seaman to the Cayuga Cancer Center in loving memory of his wife, Jean Seaman. Another story relays the thorough and close-to-home treatment provided by the Cayuga Health System to Watkins Glen resident Michael Bartone for his non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
