OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – A Candor man faces charges in Owego.

Owego Police arrested David Hartman last week following an investigation into an alleged theft at a home on Southside Drive.

The 41-year-old is charged with felony burglary, felony criminal mischief, and felony grand larceny.

Hartman was arraigned and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
