We’re one step closer to football season. Training camp begins today for the Bills. Their practice starts at 9:45 a.m. at St. John Fisher University.

The Jets have a new locker room at their training facility. It includes a barbershop and a bigger sauna. Robert Mastroddi, the senior vice president of security and facility operations for the Jets, said the upgrades will “certainly provide more comfort, but they also will help with wellness, efficiency and ultimately performance.”

The Yankees beat the Blue Jays 5-4 on Tuesday. Jazz Chisholm Jr. drove in three runs in the win. The teams are back on the field in Toronto tonight at 7:07 p.m. On the bump for the Bombers will be Max Fried.

Three straight wins for the Mets. They beat the Angels 3-2 on Tuesday. Francisco Alvarez smacked a home run in the victory. The teams play again today in New York City at 1:10 p.m.

Back-to-back wins for the Syracuse Mets. They outscored Omaha 4-3 on Tuesday. A rematch happens tonight at 6:35 p.m. in Syracuse.

No luck for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. They lost to Reading 6-3 on Tuesday. The teams play again tonight at 7 p.m. in Reading.
