BARTON, NY (607NewsNow) — A Tioga County town will benefit from a new vehicle next winter.

Lawmakers in Barton recently approved the purchase of a plow truck. It’ll replace an aging vehicle.

The $331,000 purchase was unanimously approved. Town officials hope the truck will arrive by the end of 2025.
