BIG FLATS, NY (CortacaToday) – Authorities in Chemung County are asking for help.

Investigators are trying to identify a male suspect in an alleged theft that occurred at the Target in Big Flats. It happened around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
