ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office is looking into an alleged overdose.

Authorities received a report last week of a minor who suffered “an adverse reaction after using a vape pen.” The Sheriff’s Office says the content of the pen or where it came from has not yet been confirmed, and they “have not determined when an illicit substance may have been placed within it.”
