AURORA, NY (CortacaToday) – Over 30 project proposals are up for review in Cayuga County.

A local committee is looking over potential development plans for Aurora, Cayuga, and Union Springs, who together won a $10 million Downtown Revitalization Grant earlier this year.  According to FingerLakes1.com, projects in Aurora include park upgrades, lakeshore enhancements, and renovation of historic buildings. In Cayuga, they’re looking at improvements to McIntosh Park, new housing, and a lakeside event center. Proposals in Union Springs include work at Frontenac Park, a village hall expansion, and a cafe on the waterfront.

A finalized project list is expected later this year.
