APALACHIN, NY (607NewsNow) – A Tioga County man awaits his day in court.

On Friday, November 22, 2024, James Conklin, of Apalachin, was arrested after an investigation into alleged drug sales. Deputies executed a search warrant at the 58-year-old’s home and say they found methamphetamine, scales, packaging materials, and a small amount of cash.

Conklin is charged with felony drug possession and two counts of misdemeanor criminal use of drug paraphernalia. The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit.
