WARREN TOWNSHIP, PENNSYLVANIA (607NewsNow) – A Tioga County man is facing over 200 charges in Pennsylvania.

Joshua Quiles, of Apalachin, is accused of sexually abusing a minor over 5 years from 2019 to 2024 while living in Warren Township.

The Morning Times reports the alleged abuse happened from the time the child was 12 to 17. Pennsylvania State Police say the victim, now an adult, came forward in September 2025. She alleges Quiles assaulted her four to five times a week over that period of time and frequently told her not to tell anyone.

Quiles allegedly changed his phone number more than 80 times to continue contacting the victim after being blocked. According to police, Quiles also planted three GPS tracking devices in her vehicle between May 2024 and March 2025. Investigators were able to recover the devices and confirm Quiles paid a monthly bill for them.

Quiles faces 190 felonies, including 50 counts of rape by threat of forcible compulsion. Quiles is awaiting his preliminary court hearing.
