ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – All in-person SKYWARN classes given by the National Weather Service (NWS) are cancelled.

The storm spotter training courses will now only be offered online. Both the basic and advanced levels will remain available. Anyone who registered for the upcoming classes at Cayuga Medical Center or Ithaca College will receive a cancellation email.
