ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — An Ithaca traffic stop has resulted in the arrests of two women.
State Police say troopers tried pulling a vehicle over Thursday evening on East State Street, but the driver kept going unsafely. Troopers eventually ended their pursuit over public safety concerns and later found the car unoccupied on Haller Boulevard.
38-year-old Kimberly Makinster was charged with felony reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a controlled substance and several misdemeanors. 43-year-old Bridget Kelly was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanors.
