ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Two Ithaca residents are accused of committing a burglary on Halloween.

According to IPD, the owner of property in the 400 block of Cliff St. saw on security cameras they were monitoring 2 people in the building around 10:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31. One of the suspects allegedly refused to comply with officers and tried to flee. They were later found in a nearby wooded area with help from the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office drone unit.

Juan Breton is charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon because he allegedly was found with metal knuckles. Breton is also charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration, which are misdemeanors.

Allison Pratt was charged with a single misdemeanor count of criminal trespass. She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in court at a later date; Breton was taken to the Tompkins County jail.
