CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — A winter storm watch in Cortland and Tioga counties starts tomorrow. 

Forecasters say five to nine inches of snow are possible by Sunday evening in Cortland County while Tioga County faces four to eight inches.

The winter storm watch, which is being issued by the National Weather Service, takes effect at 4 p.m. tomorrow and will remain active until Sunday at 7 p.m.
