CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – A public pool in Cortland has reopened.

All necessary repairs have been made at the Wickwire Pool after it closed last weekend due to a small fire in its pump house. With ongoing air quality issues from Canadian wildfires, officials with the Cortland Youth Bureau say if at any point the Air Quality Index passes 200, they will close until it gets better.

The Wickwire Pool at Suggett Park is open daily from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m.
