ITHACA, NY (WHCU) – An Ithaca man is facing charges after authorities allegedly found drugs in his home.

IPD executed a search warrant Thursday at the Cherry Arthaus on Ithaca’s west end for suspected narcotics. Police say 49-year-old Jermaine Hutto had cash, digital scales, suspected crack cocaine, and fentanyl in his possession consistent with sales.

Hutto is facing two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He’s being held in Tompkins County Jail.
