ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — State Senator Lea Webb is collecting information from NYSEG customers. 

Webb has circulated an online survey. 

The energy giant is in talks about double digit rate hikes with the state’s Public Service Commission. Webb, who represents the 52nd State Senate district, adds the answers will help.
