WAVERLY, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Tioga County woman awaits her day in court.

Officers from the Waverly Police Department arrested 45-year-old Tina Killgore on Tuesday after an investigation into a report of a burglary. Waverly Police say Killgore illegally entered a residence last Monday and stole items, violating a full stay-away order of protection in the process. Killgore was held in lieu of bail to await further legal action.

Killgore will face charges of felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal contempt in court at a later date.
