WAVERLY, N.Y. (WHCU) – Authorities in Tioga County are looking to identify a possible suspect in a hit-and-run investigation.

The Waverly Police Department says the man in question may have struck another vehicle in his black Chevy truck, possibly with Pennsylvania plates, and left without leaving insurance information.
