ENDICOTT, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Broome County man will be behind bars after threatening a member of Congress.
51-year-old Joseph Morelli, of Endicott, was sentenced to three months in lock-up on Thursday. WSYR reports he left a voicemail for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, saying he was going to “physically harm” them.
The case was investigated by the FBI. Morelli starts his sentence in October.
