ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Virginia man accused of abducting an Ithaca woman in April faces a murder charge in court.
Virginia authorities say Michael Davis will be in court December 15 for a preliminary hearing. He faces four charges, including abduction by force and murder. Tatiana David was killed in a shootout between Davis and Virginia state troopers.
State authorities recently wrapped up their investigation. David and Davis had a prior relationship before the alleged abduction.
