ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Travel advisories have been issued in Tompkins and Cortland counties.
Tompkins County Sheriff Derek Osborne says roads countywide might be in rough shape as the winter storm continues. Roads aren’t closed, but the sheriff is urging caution if you must travel today.
Both advisories are in place through tomorrow morning’s commute.
The Tompkins County Sheriff's Office has issued a Travel Advisory. A Travel Advisory does NOT close roads, however, if you must go out, please use caution and be prepared.
