OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) – An Owego man is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop in the village.
Owego Police pulled 29-year-old Brandon Shugars over for a traffic violation on Front Street last week. Shugars allegedly had a gun, drugs, scales, and packaging material in the car. He was arrested and charged with felony weapons possession, two counts of felony drug possession, and three misdemeanors, including resisting arrest. Shugars will appear in Tioga County Court at a later date.
