ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – An Ithaca man is facing a felony drug charge.
A Tompkins County Sheriff’s deputy patrolling the City of Ithaca Wednesday conducted a traffic stop on Southwest Park Road near Walmart just after 5 p.m. The deputy allegedly confiscated 16 grams of meth from 27-year-old John Panek and two grams of meth from 32-year-old Kandida Owens, both of Ithaca.
Panek is charged with felony drug possession. Owens is facing a misdemeanor.
