NICHOLS, N.Y. (WHCU) – The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying a suspect in a larceny investigation.

Authorities say the man pictured below is a person of interest in a theft that occurred at Tioga Downs Resort and Casino on Friday.  Anyone who recognizes him or has information relevant to the investigation is asked to contact the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office at (607)-687-1010 and reference case number 24T-03128.
